In the v4.3 release, VESTRA retired the following checks/points:

• AGS Map Service
• AGS GeoCode Service
• AGS Map service WSDL
• AGS Secure Map Service
• AGS Secure GeoCode Service
• AGS Feature Service
• AGS Secure Feature Service

Other type of checks being retired - 

• Oracle SDE List Tables 9.x
• ESRI License Manager (original)
  • Need to use NEW License Manager Check
• IMS Service
• SDE Service

If you are presently using any of the checks/points listed above, you will see notifications in the installation status screen of v4.2.1, the dashboard, and daily status report. If you have not yet upgraded to v4.2.1, you will need to perform that upgrade before installing v4.3.
